Information and Referral (I&R) 

We provide useful information and resources on handling family-related issues. As some situations require specialised assistance, we help families connect with the appropriate social services to further meet their needs and address vital issues.

Casework & Counselling (C&C) 

Our professionally trained social workers and counsellors provide in-person counselling sessions, home visits and other intervention programmes to vulnerable families and individuals in crisis. We strive to equip our clients with effective problem-solving and issue-management skills to cope with difficulties, improve interpersonal skills and regain stability and independence.

Types of issues we handle at SFSC include financial assistance, family violence, marital issues, parental difficulties, and childcare issues.
